Binocular Vision Service

Listen to this page

The Binocular Vision Service evaluates and treats patients with eye teaming difficulties such as strabismus (crossed eyes), amblyopia (lazy eye), and visual perceptual lags that may contribute to learning difficulties. Eye coordination problems can cause eye strain, headaches, double vision, reduced concentration, poor eye-hand coordination, and reduced athletic ability.

Binocular vision symptoms may be lessened or eliminated with an individualized treatment program of vision therapy, spectacle lens wear, and/or eye patching. This service also offers care for rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury patients.

Strabismus and amblyopia
may cause permanent
vision loss
if not diagnosed and treated.

Our vision therapy services can treat many binocular vision conditions.
